Denmarks strongest political nichemedia has chosen to upgrade, their perfomance management efforts by integrating Explain.
After a succesful pilot, with a significant performance improvement. Altinget has chosen to integrate Explain to their Ivocall solution. This means that leaders now gain strategic insigths from realtime performance data combined with call quality measuring. Also the individual sales agent gain valuable insigths on tendencies and call quality feedback on individual call level.
Explain will now be used with, internal training for all danish sales agents on Altinget.
Ricky Thomsen, head of sales at Altinget says; I’ve used Explain in a previuos job and expected same good results here. That is confirmed and I feel confident scaling up, to use the tool for both part time and full time employees. Since danish is my mothertongue, we have decided to start with only an integration for our danish department, were I can provide better feedback but hopefully we also can apply Explain, to our swedish department as well, before we head for summer holiday.
